• You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.

Eligibility for Review

To review your request, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened.
• In its original packaging with all accessories and labels included.
• Supported with clear photos showing the defect, damage, or issue.
• Supported with proof of purchase or order number.

We cannot accept any return or exchange request after the day of delivery, or if the product has been opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged, especially personal care products, makeup, perfumes, skincare, haircare, and beauty-related products, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or confirmed damage upon delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, broken, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us on the same day of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

After reviewing the case, we will inform you of the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, compensation, or another suitable action depending on the case and product availability.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will notify you after reviewing and verifying the issue. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method and the available payment procedures.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery inside Jordan usually takes 24 to 48 hours, depending on the area and courier availability.
